Dante FQ as Finalist for Farnum/Platform Horse of the Year

December 16, 2008

FHANA is pleased to congratulate Dr. Rob and Tammy Hildreth and their horse Dante FQ for the prestigious honor of being named with four other horses as Farnum/Platform USEF "Horses of Honor". These five horses will now compete for the honor of being named Farnum/Platform USEF "Horse of the Year." Voting is under way and we encourage all FHANA/USEF members to cast their vote for Dante FQ, a superb example of a KFPS Ster Stallion. Dante FQ's pedigree, Onne x Brandus x Oege, reads like a who's who of some of the finest KFPS Approved stallions. The FHANA believes that a Friesian with this pedigree and quality would be a superb ambassador for the Friesian breed and exemplify the excellent characteristics that can be produced under the KFPS model of breeding. We wish Rob, Tammy and Dante FQ well in this competition and again encourage all of our USEF/FHANA members to cast their vote for this magnificent example of KFPS Friesian Breeding. To show your support for Dante FQ any FHANA/USEF member can vote for the Farnam/Platform USEF Horse of the Year. Go to WWW.USEF.org and scroll down to the end of the page, bottom left hand corner, click on Vote for Horse/Equestrian of the Year. Voting for Horse of the Year will close on January 9, 2009 at 5PM EST.
