Health Committee Survey

The Health committee is currently gathering information to help them better understand what issues are out there facing the FHANA membership. We would like to invite all of the members to take part in the following survey. The results of this survey will be confidential and used only as information to help the committee better understand the needs and wants of the membership.
This is the first of what we hope will be many survey's that the committee will ask the membership to take park in.
The health committee is in the preliminary stages of setting up a DNA bank at the FHANA office which will be tested at the University of Kentucky's Gluck Equine Research center. If any member is willing ot share their DNA please send them directly to the FHANA office. The results from the testing will be confidential. We currently need 20 DNA results before testing can begin.
