FHANA Conducts Special Vote

Working in conjuction with the FHANA ByLaws, the FHANA Board of Directors sent out a vote to the FHANA membership to dissolve the California Corporation and re-incorporate in the State of Kentucky.  Since FHANA did not receive 95% of the membership to vote on this, the Board of Directors then had to call for a special vote to be conducted with in three (3) weeks of the original vote with this on the agenda.  This vote was conducted during the AGM and passed unanimously.  The FHANA is now re incorporating as a Kentucky Corporation.
