FHANA Youth Performance Awards
The purpose of the FHANA Youth Performance Awards is to promote and encourage young people to compete KFPS/FHANA Friesian horses in competitive driving and dressage. The FHANA Youth Performance Driving and Dressage Awards will follow the already established point system and eligibility requirements for the Performance Driving and Dressage Awards, with the addition that the driver/rider must be 21 years of age or under as of December 31st of the competition year. The competition year being January‐November. The top award winners’ names will be placed on a plaque displayed in the FHANA office and will receive the same prizes/awards the Adult Performance Award winners receive. Chapter of the Year
The Chapter of the Year is a program that was designed to acknowledge all of the efforts of each FHANA chapter throughout North America. Entries for Chapter of the Year must be submitted by November 30th. [ Chapter of the Year Instructions ] | [ Chapter of the Year Form ]

FHANA Performance Award
The FHANA performance award is designed to award those members who are excelling in their discipline. There are two (2) FHANA performance awards: Dressage and Driving. The highest scoring rider/driverwill be added to the appropriate FHANAperpetual trophy which will be on display in the FHANA office. All applications must be submitted by Nov. 30th, 2013. Exhibitor Kit/Sponsorship Form

FHANA Chapter Application
Use this form to create a new chapter or file for the annual renewal of an existing chapter. [ PDF ]

President's Trophy Award Applications
Use these forms to apply for the President's Trophy. Forms to be submitted by November 30th of the year following the season for which scores are reported. (Example: scores for the year 2013 must be submitted by November 30th, 2013) [ President's Trophy ]
